Adam C. Ludemann
Principal
Adam C. Ludemann is a New York-based civil litigator. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of complex commercial disputes under state and federal law. Among other matters, he has litigated claims involving allegations of fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference and unfair competition. Adam’s experience also includes claims under the United States securities and anti-trust laws, as well as under the Defend Trade Secrets Act and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. Among other clients, he has represented individuals, startups, putative class plaintiffs, investment banks, private equity firms and public corporations.
